Job Description
At least High School Graduate
With 6 months of Call Center Experience in Healthcare, Insurance, or Payments
Excellent Communication Skills
Willing to work on shifting schedules, including holidays and weekends
Amenable to work on-site
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls related to healthcare benefits, insurance coverage, and claims
Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries regarding medical billing and payments
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and data privacy standards
Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately
Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex cases
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support
