Job Description
Salary Range: PHP 17,000 Monthly
Shift: Shifting Schedule | Onsite
What Would You Do:
Assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries and concerns.
Provide accurate information and solutions in line with healthcare guidelines.
Process requests and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
Qualifications:
At least 3rd year medical allied course
(or) Non medical allied course graduate with 1 year Call Center Experience (Any account, preferably healthcare)
(or) Non medical allied course undergraduate with 1 year Healthcare Call Center Experience Particularly LOA issuance
