CNC Technician

Job Description
Support Robot / Automation Sales
1. Demonstrate/assist in demonstration of CNC machine, peripheral equipment and software.
2. Performs/assists in performing test and trials and produce sample CNC cuts, including creation of CAD drawings, as needed.
3. Coordinates with customers for CNC machine installations.
4. Installation/assist in the installation & commissioning of CNC machine and peripheral equipment.
5. Provides after-sales support to customers.
6. Conducts follow-up visits to customer following the commissioning of the machine to ensure proper operation and help customer during learning period. Help customer end-user with concerns and questions.
7. Coordinates with Service Department for repair and other maintenance need of customer.
8. Provides technical support on CNC software and related software.
9. Provides technical support to Sales staff as may be needed.
10.Assist during exhibit preparations/set-up of CNC machine.
11.Perform other tasks or assignment as may be required.

Job Qualifications
1. Valid Vocational Certificate or Diploma related to Electromechanics or Mechatronics
2. Knows how to drive 4-wheeled vehicles and a holder of a valid Driver’s License (Restriction 2 or DL Code B2)
3. Willing to go on Field work to service our CNC machines on-site
4. At least with basic knowledge in AutoCad
5. With good oral and written communication skills
6. With or without experience
7. Preferably residing in Quezon City
8. Must be firm on their preference for field work as they may occasionally be sent over to places such as Isabela, Davao, Laguna, Cavite etc. when needed.

Php 17,000.00 to Php 22,000.00 -- Accommodation, Food, and commute will be covered by the company if they are sent to other locations.
Any overtime will also be paid the corresponding premiums.
We also provide additional Transportation Fund for our Field Technicians.

Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Overtime (as needed), Holidays and Rest Days (as needed)
