Job Description
- Provide electrical technical support for pre - sales product communication.
- Develop electrical solutions based on different industries and customer requirements, in compliance with industry standards, national standards, etc.
- Select electrical components, set parameters, and develop internal programs according to process requirements.
- Write control programs, debug on - site equipment, and supervise production as per process requirements, taking full responsibility for the debugging quality.
- Configure touch screens and HMI software, and write upper - level computer programs based on industry and customer needs.
- Analyze and remotely guide the resolution of complex faults based on on - site descriptions.
- Independently carry out proactive inspection services in line with proactive service standards and propose constructive optimization plans for the existing proactive service guidelines.
- Identify and independently resolve common equipment faults during inspections, and guide customers in making improvements.
- Independently conduct internal acceptance testing according to acceptance standards and work requirements, and propose optimization plans based on the existing internal acceptance standards.
- Identify potential issues in the design, manufacturing, assembly, and debugging processes during internal acceptance testing, and incorporate them into internal acceptance standards to enhance execution across various stages.
- Develop training materials for customer equipment repair, maintenance, and upkeep, assist customers in formulating maintenance standards, and provide in - depth training.
- Regularly share work insights and professional knowledge within the organization.
Job Requirements:
1. Two years of working experience.
2. Candidates from the non-standard automation equipment industry are preferred.
3. For electrical positions, candidates need to be able to read electrical schematic diagrams and PLC drawings, be able to operate them hands-on, and remotely cooperate with our engineers to complete electrical debugging work.
