Property Management Supervisor

Oversee day-to-day operations of property management and ensuring that the properties under supervision are well-maintained.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure that all units and common areas are well maintained and comply with safety and quality standards.
Address maintenance and repair issues promptly.
Oversee property maintenance and repair projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
Generate regular reports on property performance, including financial reports and technical reports.

Job Qualifications:

With experience in property or facilities management.
Experience in supervisory is an advantage
Adequate knowledge of property management principles, including facility maintenance, tenant relations, housekeeping and budgeting.
Can lead and manage property management teams, including maintenance staff and administrative personnel.
Strong communication skills in interacting with property owners, tenants, contractors, and internal customers.
Proficient knowledge in property maintenance and repair processes.
Can time manage, prioritizing tasks, manage deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Process-oriented.
