Job Description
Supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and smooth workflow
Implement safety and cleanliness standards
Handle scheduling, reporting, and inventory management
Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications:
College graduate (any business-related course preferred)
With at least 1–2 years of supervisory experience (retail, F&B, amusement or service industry is a plus)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Willing to work onsite in VisMin locations (shift schedule, weekends/holidays)
