Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Process Excellence Analyst, located in Makati City. The Business Process Excellence Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes within the organization. The analyst will collect and analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and recommend effective solutions to enhance operational efficiency. The role involves collaborating with different departments to implement best practices and ensure continuous improvement in business processes.

Qualifications

- Skills in Business Process Improvement, Business Process Management, and Methods Engineering
- Analytical Skills and Business Process Analysis capabilities
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication, project management and collaboration skills
- Certified Industrial Engineer (CIE), with QMS, Lean/Six Sigma, Project Management training & certification will be an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Management Engineering, or any related field
- Experience in the healthcare, retail and manufacturing industry is preferred
