Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness
Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently
Assist in stock inventory and replenishment
Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent; college-level preferred
Proven experience in retail or sales is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with a positive attitude
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
