Job Description
- At least 2 years in College (Marketing or any related course is a plus.)
- No experience need ( Experience in Retail or Customer Service are a plus but not required)
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in-store and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Process purchases, handle returns, and manage POS transactions.
Maintain stock levels, organize displays, and ensure cleanliness of assigned areas.
Meet and exceed sales goals (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
Provide product information and suggest upsell opportunities.
Work closely with team members to provide seamless customer service.
Participate in inventory control and follow store procedures.
Uphold the company’s image through professional behavior and attire.
Accept and organize product deliveries as needed
