Job Description

Job Summary
The Tech Delivery Manager oversees the end-to-end delivery of software and technology projects, ensuring that development teams meet quality, scope, and timeline expectations. This role requires a strong blend of technical understanding, people leadership, and project management to ensure smooth execution of all development initiatives across teams.

Responsibilities:
- Drive and manage the full lifecycle of software delivery across multiple projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, product owners, and DevOps.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects by tracking progress, resolving blockers, and managing risks.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering Managers to prioritize deliverables and allocate resources effectively.
- Monitor and report on key metrics such as velocity, sprint progress, and production readiness.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum processes: planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement within the development teams.
- Maintain alignment between business goals and tech execution.
- Act as an escalation point for delivery issues or challenges.

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software development or technical project management.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), and DevOps practices.
- Experience managing multiple cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Technical background (coding, architecture, or QA) is a strong plus.
