Job Description
-May include starting and stopping machines, turning valves, and feeding raw materials into machines.
-Loading and unloading materials from machines, carts, and dollies.
-Sweeping, mopping, and removing debris from the production area.
-Supporting quality control processes and ensuring product standards are met.
-Assisting with the organization and maintenance of raw materials and finished products.
-Documenting production activities and reporting any discrepancies.
-Following safety and quality protocols.
-Collaborating with team members to resolve production issues.
-Measuring ingredients, lubricating machines, and marking or tagging parts.
QUALIFICATION:
-High school graduate
-Resident in Calauan, Laguna and nearby town.
-The ability to identify defects and ensure quality is crucial.
-Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
-Ability to work effectively with others on a production line.
-Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols.
-Willingness to work different shifts, weekends, and overtime may be required.
