Job Description

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
At least 1 year of experience as an HR Assistant.
Strong understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
Skilled in HR administration and people management.
Excellent record-keeping and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
Administrative:
Provide administrative and clerical support.
Respond to emails, calls, and other forms of communication.
Ensure compliance with government regulations and operational requirements.
Coordinate company activities and events.
Maintain organized company files and records.
Recruitment Support:
Post job advertisements on job boards and platforms.
Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
Conduct background checks and employment vitrification.
Assist with new hire on-boarding and orientation.
