Job Description
Creation of strategy and programs for the branches handled
Sales target attainment of all branches handled
Area expansion and opening
Operational excellence, ensuring fast turn around time accounts processing
Establish branch presence through offline and LC channels
People management and development
Performs other work-related functions and duties that may be assigned.
Qualification and Job Qualification:
College graduate of any 4 year course
4 years and up related experience
Customer service, strong written and verbal communication skills, leadership skills
Experience in handling people, processing loan documents and accounts
Knowledge in OFW and Seaman industry is preferred

- ₱45,000.00 Monthly
