Job Description

We're hiring a Chat Support - Content Moderator to monitor user content and provide real-time support via chat. You'll help enforce community guidelines, ensure platform safety, and respond to user concerns quickly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
Review and moderate user content based on policies

Provide chat support to users with questions or concerns

Flag and escalate harmful or inappropriate content

Maintain accurate records and reports

Qualifications:
Strong written communication skills

Previous experience in moderation or customer support

Comfortable handling sensitive content

Detail-oriented and quick decision-maker

Flexible schedule; weekends or holidays may be required
