Job Description
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in collections or customer service
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Basic computer and mobile device proficiency
Familiarity with CRM or collection software is a plus
Good organizational and record-keeping skills
Professional demeanor and appearance
Willingness to travel within assigned region
Responsibilities:
Visit clients to collect overdue payments
Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements
Verify customer information and update records
Document all collection activities accurately
Report on daily field activities to management
Ensure compliance with legal and company policies
Handle sensitive financial information with discretion
Collaborate with internal departments for account resolution
Identify and escalate problematic accounts
Use mobile tools to track and report visits
