Job Description
Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to increase market presence and maximize revenue growth.
Create opportunities and platforms for sellers to expand their reach and boost sales potential.
Recruit, train, and mentor Sales Managers & Property Specialists to ensure peak performance and goal alignment.
Implement effective marketing & sales strategies to attract buyers, sellers, and investors.
Analyze market trends and sales data to drive smart, data-backed decisions.
Oversee digital & traditional marketing campaigns to strengthen brand positioning and customer engagement.
Set and execute aggressive sales strategies to consistently exceed targets, fostering a high-performance culture.
Build a top-tier sales team by attracting and retaining the best industry talents.
- Qualifications:
3-5 years of Real Estate EXPERIENCE!
3-5 years of Team Management & Leadership skills in real estate.
Bachelor’s Degree is a MUST! (4 yrs college).
Licensed Real Estate Broker.
Competency in recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing sales teams.
MUST have a ready Sales Team: 3 SM & 3 PS.
