Job Description
As a Planner & Help Desk Officer, you are responsible for efficiently planning installation projects, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring all operational details are accurately scheduled and communicated. In parallel, you provide first-line support to clients and internal teams, resolving issues and tracking requests in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning (70%)
Create and update project and installation schedules in Odoo.
Assign teams and subcontractors based on skills, availability, and region.
Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and take proactive corrective actions.
Communicate daily planning updates with sales, technicians, and back office teams.
Confirm deliveries and material readiness ahead of scheduled works.
Maintain planning KPIs such as time-to-delivery and rescheduling rate.
Help Desk (30%)
Act as first point of contact for incoming client questions (phone/email/chat).
Register, prioritize, and follow up on service requests and complaints.
Escalate technical issues to the appropriate department when needed.
Track and close tickets in the help desk system (Odoo/other tools).
Provide clear and timely updates to clients regarding progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in planning, scheduling, logistics coordination, or technical help desk.
Strong communication skills in English (Dutch/French is a plus).
Ability to work independently and manage pressure during peak hours.
Good understanding of project flow in technical or construction-related sectors.
Proficient in planning tools and ERP systems (Odoo is a strong advantage).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
