Job Description

Are you passionate about digital advertising and client collaboration? We're looking for a Digital Account Manager with a strong focus on Display (Programmatic) and Social Media Advertising (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) to help manage campaign execution, performance tracking, and client communications. If you enjoy blending creativity, analytics, and strategy, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Act as the main point of contact for clients on Display and Social Media campaigns, managing timelines, communications, and campaign updates.
2. Address client needs related to performance, creatives, and reporting, while ensuring timely, strategic responses.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights, analyze campaign results, and contribute to post-campaign reporting and recommendations.
4. Oversee creative asset alignment, collection, and submission, ensuring all materials meet campaign requirements.
5. Create reports and dashboards, support client presentations, and assist with documentation such as Insertion Orders.

What We're Looking For:

1. 2+ years of client-facing experience in an agency setting
2. At least 1 year of hands-on experience in Display and/or Social Media advertising
3. Familiarity with DSP platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk) and Facebook Business Manager (FBBM)
4. Strong attention to detail, project coordination, and communication skills
5. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
