Job Description

Key components of role include:

1. Media Strategy & Planning
• Create and implement a cohesive media strategy that spans both ATL (TV, Radio, Print, OOH, Cinema) and Digital Media (Social, Search, Display, Programmatic, Video, Influencer, Marketing, etc.)
• Guide the exploration, recognition, and execution of new media trends, technologies, and platforms.
• Make certain that media strategies are in harmony with business goals and brand positioning.
• Work together with diverse teams (Creative, PR, Brand, and Data Analytics) to create comprehensive marketing campaigns.

2. Innovation & Experimentation
• Foster a culture of experimentation in media planning by continuously testing new platforms, formats, and advertising technologies.
• Build connections with media partners, startups, and tech companies to secure early access to beta programs and innovative advertising solutions.
• Assess and test AI-powered media purchasing, customization, and automation tools to improve efficiency.
• Utilize new technologies like AR/VR, voice search, and connected TV for creative brand activations.

3. Budgeting & ROI Optimization
• Create, distribute, and oversee media budgets for ATL and digital platforms.
• Constantly enhance media expenditure using data-informed insights and performance evaluations.
• Set benchmarks and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness.
• Engage with media suppliers, agencies, and tech providers to obtain the most favorable rates and benefits.

4. Media Buying & Execution
• Manage the complete media purchasing and implementation on both ATL and digital channels.
• Guarantee smooth media placements and creative adjustments for various formats and platforms.
• Oversee connections with media agencies and suppliers to ensure top-notch implementation.
• Utilize data-focused audience targeting approaches for accurate media purchasing.

5. Performance Monitoring & Analytics
• Establish strong measurement systems to monitor the success of media campaigns.
• Evaluate and document media effectiveness, guaranteeing ongoing improvement and learning.
• Utilize resources like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, DSP platforms, and Media Mix Modeling to assess effectiveness.
• Remain proactive regarding data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and guarantee that media strategies align with changing standards.

6. Team Leadership & Development
• Guide, coach, and motivate a team of media strategists, purchasers, and evaluators.
• Cultivate a culture of high performance by promoting ongoing learning and growth within the team.
• Establish robust collaborations with internal stakeholders to synchronize media initiatives with business objectives.

7. Partnerships & Collaboration
• Build solid connections with media agencies, publishers, and platform representatives.
• Work together with creative teams to guarantee that media plans are implemented with compelling and effective storytelling.
• Collaborate closely with sales and business development teams to assist in generating revenue through media strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in media planning, buying, and strategy across ATL and digital media.
• Deep knowledge of media environments, trends, and new platforms.
• Demonstrated capability to foster innovation and test new media formats.
• Proficiency in performance marketing, data analysis, and audience segmentation.
• Outstanding leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Expertise in media planning instruments including Nielsen, ComScore, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, DSPs, and programmatic technologies.
• Capability to excel in a dynamic, rapidly changing media landscape.
Salary:
₱150,000.00 Monthly
