Job Description
• Participate in training, coaching and other developmental opportunities within the assigned team members.
• Proactively providing feedback to their direct team members and teams across the group, and contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with superiors and subordinate customers.
• Take ownership of portfolio of engagements, assigning work to team members and reviewing their work prior to completion and delivery back to customers.
• Consistently demonstrate teamwork dynamics by leading the team effectively based on the set objective and performance output.
• Participate in a wide range of projects; consistently demonstrating creative thinking and individual initiative.
Job Requirements:
• Must be BS Accountancy graduate
• At least 7 years of external audit experience
• At least 2 years people management experience
• CPA certification is a must
Should be comfortable working and communicating with team members
at all levels including senior management;
• Ability to coach subordinates in the development of their career and skills;
• Willingness to work hybrid set up
