Job Description
• Graduate of a bachelor’s degree in accountancy; a CPA license is an advantage.
• Preferably with 1 to 2 years of related professional experience, including media and/or advertising industry exposure.
• Strong working knowledge of business controls, general accounting principles, concepts, and processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of agency management and the network.
• Willingness and ability to participate in occasional meetings/calls during non-standard hours to allow direct communication with individuals overseas.
• SAP/Hyperion/SmartView knowledge preferred, good Microsoft skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Amenable to a flexible hybrid work arrangement with at least twice a week office reporting at BGC, Taguig City.
Job Description:
• Management of business control activity across Mediabrands PH
• Assisting the Business Control and Compliance Manager and local teams in preparation for Internal Audit reviews and Mediabrands market reviews/on-site visits
• SOX controls issues management and remediation
• Partner with the local market CFOs/Controllers to solve key Business Control issues, along with the implementation of process improvements
• Accounts Reconciliation Analysis (ARA) Preparation
