Responsibilities:
• Customer Engagement:
Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner to attract their attention and pique their interest in our products/services.
• Product Knowledge:
Accurately describe the features and benefits of our products/services, highlighting their unique value proposition.
• Product Demonstrations:
Conduct product demonstrations, including hands-on trials or sampling, to showcase the product's value and ease of use.
• Sales Techniques:
Utilize effective sales techniques to persuade customers to make a purchase, including highlighting benefits, addressing concerns, and offering incentives.
• Sales Targets:
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of our sales efforts.
• Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service, answering questions, resolving concerns, and building positive relationships with customers.
• Teamwork:
Collaborate with other sales representatives and team members to achieve common goals.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in a retail or promotional environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Adaptable to different work environments, including trade shows and retail settings.
