Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries related to telecom services with professionalism and efficiency
Provide accurate information and assist in resolving concerns and service-related issues
Maintain a high standard of customer care and satisfaction
Follow company procedures in documenting customer interactions
Qualifications:
Senior High School graduate (K-12 / New Curriculum)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work onsite and on shifting schedules
No prior experience required
