Job Description
* Secure accomplished SACC form from the Supervisor on duty for the HAWB computation of freight charges for all accounts like walk-in, account shippers, corporate and etc.
* Process the issuance of receipt and cash change due to customer.
* Encoding of the daily sales transaction to DSR and closing report with balance and accurate data per shift.
* Careful handling of petty cash fund during the shift to include releasing of cash request duly approved by the Operations Supervisor.
* Careful validation of receipts (if any) and making of liquidation report submitted to Accounting for petty cash fund replenishment.
* Secure that the cash/prepaid transaction and inbound freight collect sales is complete and endorsed to Finance Supervisor.
* Sending of DSR and other reports needed to Finance Supervisor timely and accurately.
* Keep/maintain records of sales per shift for audit purposes.
* Ensure safekeeping of accountable forms like HAWB, Acknowledgement Receipt and Official Receipt.
