We are currently seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Support Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be a direct hire with eFLEX, providing dedicated support to one of our esteemed clients—a prominent Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner known for delivering comprehensive ERP and CRM solutions to mid-sized businesses across North America. While the client's name is confidential, they are recognized for their expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations and support services.
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Support Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and optimization of our client's Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Business Central (BC) solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements to meet evolving business needs. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors to deliver high-quality solutions that drive customer satisfaction.
What you’ll be doing:
Triage and manage customer support requests, ensuring timely resolution within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
Identify and document work order requests, collaborating with the support lead to execute these tasks effectively.
Provide exceptional technical support and guidance to internal teams and clients, addressing issues related to Dynamics 365 CE, Business Central, and Power Platform functionalities, configurations, and integrations.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, identify pain points, and propose improvements or workarounds.
Document and track development specifications and resolutions comprehensively and accurately.
Work in tandem with internal teams, including consultants and project managers, to resolve complex issues and develop new capabilities.
Coordinate with third-party vendors, such as software developers and system integrators, to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
Stay abreast of the latest releases, updates, and features of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and related technologies.
Continuously enhance technical support processes, documentation, and knowledge base to improve efficiency and support development operations.
Provide input and feedback to the product development team regarding customer requirements, enhancement requests, and bug reports.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Application Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, including configurations and integrations, particularly within accounting operations.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly comprehend complex systems and workflows.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and third-party vendors.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to delivering a positive support experience.
Microsoft certifications related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dynamics 365 CE Development or Solution Architecture are highly desirable.
