Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
-Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage to detect and prevent unauthorized or suspicious activity
-Operate and maintain CCTV systems and related security equipment
-Coordinate with security personnel and emergency services when incidents occur
-Prepare detailed reports and documentation of incidents or unusual activities
-Regularly check and report any malfunctions in the CCTV system
-Ensure storage and handling of footage is in accordance with company policy and data privacy regulations
-Assist in investigations by providing relevant video footage as required
-Support safety and security compliance across the facility
Qualifications:
-High school graduate or higher; relevant technical/vocational training is an advantage
-Proven experience in CCTV monitoring or security-related work
-Must be a licensed Security & hardware & Systems Operator (S&HSO)
-Proficient in operating CCTV systems and basic computer applications
-Strong attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision
-Good communication and incident reporting skills
-Must be able to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays
