The company or employer is the Supreme Court of the Philippines. Branch 77 of the Regional Trial Court in Quezon City hears cases filed in court. Branch 77 has 11 court staff and a court judge as the manager. Aside from the salary, there are also allowances and benefits typically given to government employees of the same rank. The compensation is not negotiable. Work hours are from 8 am to 4:30 pm with a 30-min. lunch break. There is a prescribed dress code or uniform. Our office is on the 2nd floor of the Hall of Justice Annex Building within the Quezon City Hall Complex. It is a new building with modern appointmets, spacious cubicles, computers and printers. The building is a five-minute walk away from the Quezon City Circle and Kalayaan Avenue where public transport is always available. There are nearby parking areas. Restaurants, fast food and small stores surround the building.

Job Description

The Utility Worker does the following functions:

a. acts as courier of the Court;
b. maintains and keeps custody of a record book on matters dispatched by him;
c. monitors messages received and/or delivers mail matters to court employees;
d. sews originals of records, pleadings/documents as directed by the Branch Clerk of Curt, docket clerk and clerk-in-charge in the strict order of dates in which received and in the correct expediente, seeing to it that they are sewn straight, and that no letterings or parts thereof are stitched;
e. maintains cleanliness in and around the court premises; and
f. performs such other duties as may be assigned by the Presiding Judge and/or Branch Clerk of Court.

No school education is required. Applicants must be able to read and write.

1. Letter of application addressed to Acting Presiding Judge Rodrigo F. Pascua, Jr.;
2. Four (4) copies of properly, completely and recently accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Forms 212, Rev. 2017) with latest passport- size pictures; and
3. Sworn Affidavit by the applicant that he or she has no incumbent relative/s within the 3rd degree of consanguinity or affinity in our office.
Salary:
₱14,061.00 Monthly
