Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves a variety of tasks including data entry, answering phones, managing schedules, and supporting managers and employees through a variety of organizational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

-Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
-Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
-Maintain contact lists and employee records
-Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
-Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
-Develop and maintain a filing system (electronic and paper)
-Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
-Maintain office policies and procedures
-Greet and assist visitors to the office
-Perform other administrative duties as required
Salary:
₱18,000.00 Monthly
