Job Description

Job Summary:
We are hiring Customer Care Associates for our Metro Manila sites! Open to applicants with or without BPO experience. In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for customers—providing accurate information, assisting with healthcare-related concerns, and ensuring a smooth, supportive experience.

Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with healthcare-related questions, product details, and service concerns.
- Record all customer interactions and keep account information accurate and up to date.
- Work with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues promptly.

Qualifications:

- Good communication skills
- Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
- Must reside within Metro Manila
- Open to SHS grads, HS grads (old curriculum), college undergrads, and graduates
