Job Description
1. Ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of Trackerteer's software applications.
2. Will collaborate closely with the development and product teams to identify and rectify issues, perform comprehensive testing, and ensure that software meets the highest standards of quality.
3. Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or a similar role in IT.
4. Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks is a plus.
5. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
6. Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
7. Proficiency in test case design, execution, and defect tracking.
8. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
9. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
10. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
11. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
