Job Description
-To ensure that the company objectives and strategies with regard to customer service and enhancement of property values are implemented.
-Preparing capital and operating budgets, administering the budget process, and reporting performance against budgets.
-Analyzing and reporting on financial problems and business situations.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Graduate of Bachelor of Science, Major in Accountancy
-CPA
-At least 3 years relevant experience in Property Management Accounting
