Qualifications
With at least 3 years of experience in managing a team of QA Testers. (Non-Nego)
Able to manage test resources based on the given testing schedule. (Non-Nego)
Has managerial experience (Non-Nego)
Monitor test activities ensuring that tasks are completed as scheduled. (Non-Nego)
Collect test results and prepare a summary report of the progress. (Non-Nego)
Prepare test plan and lead the creation of test cases and scripts to be used in the testing. (Non-Nego)
Familiar with defect management tools like JIRA, and Azure DevOps among others. (Non-Nego)
Knows how to lead Daily Triage Meetings with the various stakeholders and analyze reported defects. (Non-Nego)
Represent the testing team in the daily standup meeting to provide what has been accomplished and plan action for the pending items. (Non-Nego)
Has banking experience (non-Nego)
