Job Description

TASQ is hiring an Italian bilingual speaker for an onsite position in Cebu.

Translate documents (Requirements, Designs, emails, Tickets, Errors, etc.) between English and Italian.
Provide interpretation services during conferences and meetings.
Initiate and implement Quality Assurance and process improvement.
Support capability development of bilinguals through coaching or training.
Research, compile, and learn business, tool, and technical terminology.
Utilize and enhance translation tools to boost productivity.
Willingness to be cross-trained in technical (SAP, Oracle, SFDC, Service Desk) or project management/support tasks.
Collaborate with diverse teams and individuals.
Work in a Service Desk environment using spoken and written Italian.
Provide technical support on projects (SAP, Oracle, SFDC, Service Desk).
Undertake other language-related tasks as assigned.
Preferably a Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields. Undergraduates with language proficiency are encouraged to apply.

Must be fluent in both English and Italian, verbally and in writing.
Experience in customer service, analytical testing, quality assurance, or relevant fields is beneficial.
Familiarity with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
Experience in analysis, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management is a plus.
Must be willing to work holidays, weekends, shifting schedules, and extended hours.
