Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and client-focused End-to-End Recruitment Specialist with a strong background in outbound sales. This role involves managing the entire recruitment process from proactive sourcing to endorsing qualified candidates directly to clients. Your outbound sales experience will be key to engaging passive talent, navigating client expectations, and effectively promoting candidate profiles.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition (Full-Cycle Recruitment):
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including job intake, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and candidate preparation.
Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit based on job requirements.

2. Outbound Candidate Sourcing:
Actively source candidates using outbound strategies such as cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, networking, Boolean searches, and referrals.
Engage passive candidates and build relationships that convert to long-term talent pipelines.

3. Candidate Management:
Provide timely feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.
Prepare candidates for client interviews, offering coaching and briefings as needed.
Ensure positive candidate experience from initial contact to final communication.

4. Client Engagement & Endorsements:
Collaborate with Account Managers and clients to understand hiring needs, business goals, and culture fit.
Endorse shortlisted candidates with high-quality, tailored write-ups or verbal presentations to clients.
Act as a bridge between client and candidate, relaying feedback, negotiating offers, and managing expectations on both sides.

5. Database & CRM Management:
Maintain up-to-date candidate records in the ATS/CRM.
Track outreach metrics, pipeline status, and candidate stages.

6. Sales-Oriented Recruitment Mindset:
Leverage your outbound sales skills to ‘sell’ the opportunity to candidates and represent candidate strengths persuasively to clients.
Handle objections and use consultative selling techniques to build trust and close talent placements.

Qualifications:
2–4 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in agency, BPO, RPO, or sales-focused environments.
Background in outbound sales, telesales, or business development is highly preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience using ATS/CRM systems and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Boards, and Boolean Search.
Strong client-facing and candidate engagement skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Tenacious, self-motivated, and persuasive.
Skilled in multitasking and managing multiple roles at various stages.
Adept at crafting compelling candidate write-ups and pitch notes.
Knowledge of specific industries such as tech, sales, customer service, or finance is a plus.
