Job Description
Schedule: Night shift
Employment Type: Project-based (6 months, possible extension)

About the Role:
We're looking for a Power BI Developer to join our client’s global Productivity Team. You’ll support international teams (Costa Rica, Romania, and the Philippines) by creating and migrating reports and dashboards in Power BI, replacing older systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather reporting requirements from users and stakeholders
Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Power BI
Rebuild legacy reports in Power BI (including Python visualizations)
Create paginated reports, dataflows, and reports for custom tools
Handle data issues, ensure scalability and implement security
Write SQL queries and analyze data
Maintain documentation and reusable templates
Work within an Agile environment and sprint cycles
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field
3+ years of Power BI development experience
Strong DAX, Power Query, SQL, and Python skills
Experience with Paginated Reports, Dataflows, and Deployment Pipelines
Knowledge of MDX, M Query, and data modeling (star schema, dimensional models)
Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus
Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects
Fluent in English
Agile or SDLC knowledge is a plus
Other Requirements:
Must be open to working a graveyard shift
Must be willing to work hybrid and attend in-person meetings in Mandaluyong every 2 months
Project-based contract (6 months, with potential for renewal)
Immediate availability preferred
