- IDENTIFYING POTENTIAL CANDIDATES THROUGH JOB POSTINGS, REFERRALS, SOCIAL MEDIA AND RECRUITMENT ACTIVITIES
- FACILITATES REGULAR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY PROGRAMS FOR POTENTIAL INSURANCE CONSULTANTS
- WORKS CLOSELY WITH BASIC TRAINING TEAM AND ACTIVATION OFFICER
- ENSURING THAT ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR LICENSING AND CODING ARE COMPLETE AND SUBMITTED FOR PROCESSING
- REPRESENTING THE COMPANY AT JOB FAIRS, NETWORKING EVENTS AND OTHER RECRUITMENT ACTIVITIES TO ATTRACT TOP TALENT
