Job Description
HIRING
Accounting Associate, CPA
REQUIREMENTS:
> Graduate of BS Accountancy
> Must be a Certified Public Account (CPA)
> At least 1 year of work experience handling cost accounting in a manufacturing set up.
With work experience in fixed asset management and/or compliance JOB DESCRIPTION:
> Monitor inventory of factory and office supplies.
> Generate Accounts Payable (A/P) and necessary Debit/Credit Memo relative to importation and exportation charges.
Process Landed Cost, including liquidation of prepayment account for duties and taxes.
> Verify A/P Invoices related to Engineering Work Orders and process related Debit/Credit Memo, if necessary
> Generate journal entries for the allocation of common supplies and unallocated accounts.
> Process monthly allocation of fuel and oil and prepare journal entries
related thereto.
