Job Description
-Graduate of BS Accountancy
-Must be a Certified Public Account (CPA)
-At least 1 year of work experience handling cost accounting in a manufacturing set up.
-With work experience in fixed asset management and/or compliance
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Monitor inventory of factory and office supplies.
-Generate Accounts Payable (A/P) and necessary Debit/Credit Memo relative to importation and exportation charges.
-Process Landed Cost, including liquidation of prepayment account for duties and taxes.
-Verify A/P Invoices related to Engineering Work Orders and process related Debit/Credit Memo, if necessary
-Generate journal entries for the allocation of common supplies and unallocated accounts.
-Process monthly allocation of fuel and oil and prepare journal entries
related thereto.
