Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, live chat, and in-person interactions.

Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Utilize strong product knowledge to promote and sell products/services aligned with customer needs.

Identify sales opportunities during customer interactions and actively pursue upselling/cross-selling.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to meet customer service and revenue goals.

Handle order processing, returns, and exchanges.

Monitor customer feedback and provide insights for continuous improvement.
