Job Description

Finance and Admin Officer - Makati City, Metro Manila
Salary: PHP 25000 - 30000
Job Category: Finance and Administration

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or Business Administration

Minimum 3 years experience in a finance and admin support role

Strong knowledge of PH statutory contributions and basic accounting

Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel; familiarity with Xero or QuickBooks is an advantage

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work extended hours when necessary

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, record, and summarize business expenses such as utilities, supplies, and payroll support

Maintain and update expense trackers with proper categorization

Process disbursements and reimbursements with complete supporting documents

Monitor accounts payable and receivable and staff advances and liquidations

Submit weekly and monthly expense reports to the Finance Manager

Encode daily expenses in official trackers with complete documentation

Manage petty cash vouchers and ensure accurate replenishment and reconciliation

Handle procurement of supplies and maintain inventory logs

Organize and file financial and administrative documents

Support government filings and contributions including SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, external accountants, and auditors
Salary:
