Job Description

The Technical Support Engineer (TSE) provides technical solutions for our clients encountering problems with their solar panel batteries and inverters connection and / or performance. He / She answers calls, chats and emails from our valued customers and ensures that he/she provides them with a top-tier customer care that is aligned with our business protocol and standards.

The TSE must be:
* A licensed Electrical Engineer, Electronics Engineer and/or Electronics Technician
* Proficient in English communication skills, both oral and written
* With prior experience in customer service and technical support is a great advantage
* Has worked or experience in a solar power industry is a deal breaker!
* Organized, patient and attentive to details
