Job Description

TASQ is actively searching for a quality assurance supervisor to join their team in Pasig, with an immediate start date anticipated. Candidates should be prepared for a phone pre-screening interview, so please keep your lines open.

**About the Job: Quality Assurance Supervisor (Pasig)**

**Work Setup:** Onsite (Pasig)

**Shift:** 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Monday through Friday) & 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM (two working Saturdays each month)

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop, update, and map out necessary procedures and forms in accordance with ISO standards.

- Plan and carry out internal audits along with other quality assurance and ISO-related activities.

- Assess audit results and implement suitable corrective measures.

- Create, suggest, and oversee corrective actions.

- Investigate customer complaints and issues related to non-conformance.

- Compile reports to convey the results of quality assurance activities.

- Oversee risk management initiatives.

- Coordinate and provide support for on-site audits conducted by external parties.

**Qualifications & Requirements:**

- **Education:** A degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field is required.

- **Work Experience:** A minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in ISO standards is preferred, including roles such as Quality Auditor or Quality Engineer.

- **Skills:** Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and database management, are necessarymanufacturing experience is a plus.

- Knowledge of quality assurance tools, concepts, and methodologies is essential.

- Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements is also important.
