Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute CSR Strategies:

Create and implement strategies that align with Airbnb’s mission and values.

Identify areas where Airbnb can make the most significant social and environmental impact.

Develop actionable plans for community engagement, sustainability, and diversity initiatives.

Manage CSR Programs:

Oversee the execution of CSR programs across different regions and departments.

Ensure programs are effectively communicated internally and externally.

Track program performance and measure impact, adjusting strategies as needed.

Engage with Stakeholders:

Build and maintain relationships with nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and community groups.

Partner with Airbnb hosts, guests, and employees to promote CSR initiatives.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, legal, and operations) to align CSR projects with business objectives.

Sustainability and Environmental Impact:

Support sustainability initiatives that minimize Airbnb’s environmental footprint.

Implement eco-friendly practices in Airbnb’s operations, properties, and events.

Monitor Airbnb’s sustainability goals and progress, including energy use, waste management, and responsible sourcing.

Social Impact and Community Engagement:

Launch programs that benefit local communities, particularly underserved groups.

Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in Airbnb’s platform and workplace.

Manage Airbnb’s social impact partnerships, including donations, volunteering, and in-kind support.

Reporting and Communication:

Prepare and present regular reports on CSR progress and outcomes.

Support the development of Airbnb’s CSR-related content for the website, social media, and external communications.

Respond to media inquiries related to CSR topics.

Stay Informed on CSR Trends:

Stay updated on trends in corporate social responsibility, sustainability, and social equity.

Provide thought leadership and recommendations to senior leadership on CSR innovations and practices.
