Coordinate Order Dispatch: Monitor the flow of orders from the kitchen, ensuring they are properly plated and ready for delivery by the servers.
Check Order Completeness: Review each order before dispatching it to ensure that all dishes are included, and special requests or modifications are properly followed.
Communicate with Servers: Relay any important information or updates regarding orders to the serving team, such as delays or special instructions.
Maintain Order Sequence: Ensure that orders are dispatched in the correct sequence, preventing any mix-ups or confusion during service.
Assist in Service Flow: Help manage the pace of service by balancing the flow of orders between the kitchen and dining area, ensuring timely service to guests.
Organize Dispatch Area: Keep the dispatch station organized and clutter-free, ensuring that dishes are clearly labeled and ready for handoff.
Communicate with Kitchen Staff: Relay any feedback or issues from the dining area to the kitchen, ensuring smooth communication and problem resolution.
