Jr. HR Customer Service Representative - Hybrid

Position Summary

The Jr. Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing administrative support in various processes in the employee life cycle.

Duties and Accountabilities:

The Junior Customer Support Representative to support end to end employee life cycle:

In charge of data entry in relation to Human Relations (HR) information coming from different sources

Update and maintain information of the candidate/employee in the recruitment and/or HRIS systems

Compile, sort and organize documents needed for various HR processes

Review data for discrepancies or errors, correct any incompatibilities

Create graduate recruitment events in the recruitment system

Administration of learning events in the Learning Management System

Validation of training attendance and handling of other training logistics tasks

Consolidation of performance management documents

Performs ad hoc tasks as instructed

Qualifications

Previous administrative, specifically in general HR admin is required

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management is preferred but not required

Proven data entry working experience

Experience in handling confidential information

Above average typing speed and accuracy

Excellent data entry skills

Above average written and oral English communications skills

Knowledge of MS Word, PDF, Outlook and data programs

Has previous experience on using any HR Information Systems

Trustworthy with an eye for detail

Has no attendance or punctuality issues

Must be willing to come for overtime work during Philippine holidays

Must be willing to work on graveyard shifts
