Required Experience:
> Bachelor's degree holder in Marketing or related field
> With at least 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
> With TL/Supervisory level experience.
> Execute content creation in marketing campaigns, from planning and creating graphic, video content, attractive ad copy representing brand identity, while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
> Experience in paid ad operations, dashboards, analytics, campaign execution, and optimization (Meta ads, Google ads, etc.)
> Experience in utilizing CRM systems to analyze and deepen the understanding of customer segments. (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc.)
> Experience in operating a Shopee or Lazada market seller. Able to operate the platform to keep the product information up to date and provide service to fully satisfy the customer's needs."
> Plan and execute campaigns across multiple marketing touchpoints, ensuring a smooth customer journey online and in-store
> Strong understanding of the relationship between paid search/social, and other online and offline marketing activities
> Understanding of the trends in marketing tools, as well as the trends in culture and local audience
> Understand the Shopee and Lazada market and measure to effectively promote a product. Able to analyze competitors on this platform and carry out countermeasures
