Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 70,000

Requirements of the Job:
- Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
- Open to high school, Undergraduate, and Bachelor’s graduates of any courses.
- Have at least 1 year of work experience in troubleshooting and ticketing.
- Have at least 1 year of Technical Support experience.
- Have experience as a Software Support experience.

Responsibilities of Job Application:
- Mandarin Technical Support is responsible for analyzing complex issues by reviewing product-specific logs and utilizing root-cause analysis skills.
- Will serve as the contact person for customers and will answer inquiries regularly via phone calls, email, and remote sessions.
- Mandarin Technical Support will identify the root cause of problems users face with product software, such as application crashes, compatibility issues, installation errors, or network connectivity problems.
- Assisting users with account-related issues like password resets, account access, and licensing concerns.
