Job Description

LEARNINGLITZ, INC., the franchisee of the renowned Berlitz brand in the Philippines, is currently hiring a Customer Care Officer. As a leading language training center, LearningLitz, Inc., offers a comprehensive selection of language and culture courses for adults, children, teenagers, and businesses.

The Customer Care Officer (CCO) assures maximum satisfaction of our internal and external customers by managing their expectations. The CCO plays a crucial role in fostering loyalty and retention among our customer base. The CCO handles the day-to-day operations of the Language Center and performs marketing and administrative functions. Other key responsibilities include supporting digital marketing activities, and sales retention and acquisition functions.

Requirements:

-CV with 2x2 or 1x1 picture (required)
-Immediate availability is preferred.
-Personal email.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Upper Intermediate Level of English communication skills
-Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
-Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google apps
-Positive attitude and high level of motivation
-Willing to work on Saturdays
-Willing to work in Makati
-Available to start immediately

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Acquisition:
-Manages inquiries, marketing support, and sales activities.
-Forms and manages groups and follows up on leads.

Customer Retention:
-Maintains positive relations, conducts orientations, and encourages re-enrollments.
-Handles lesson scheduling and student consultations.

Operations:
-Manages customer data, provides accounting support, and maintains correspondence.

Marketing and Social Media:
-Develops marketing campaigns, analyzes data, and manages social media strategy and content.
Working schedule:

8-hour shift (day shift)
Mondays to Saturdays
Government and Supplementary benefits:

Government-mandated employee benefits under the Labor Code and social legislation:
13-month pay
HMO upon regularization
Vacation and Sick Leave upon regularization
Two (2) Saturdays off every month upon regularization

SALARY: To be determined based on credentials and performance during interview and assessments.
