Qualifications:

• 3-4 years experience as a QA Manager in a travel account or Telco in a BPO
• 2nd year completed/College Grad
• Has understanding of quality methodologies (Lean six sigma, Kaizen, etc)
• Green Belt certified, but prefers black belt (a plus)
• Direct contact experience with clients
• Open for local or Filipino applicants only
• No job hopper
Salary:
