Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance team and ensure the highest standards in service delivery. The ideal candidate will oversee QA operations, manage quality processes, and work closely with internal teams to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the QA team to meet performance and quality standards

Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and initiatives

Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics

Provide coaching and development to QA staff and team leads

Collaborate with operations, training, and support teams to address gaps and improve customer experience

Ensure compliance with client and company quality expectations

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (any field)

At least 2 years of experience as a Quality Manager or Quality Supervisor in a BPO or similar environment

Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills

Proven track record of driving quality improvements

Proficient in QA tools, reporting, and Microsoft Office
Salary:
₱100,000.00 Monthly
